Limitless Memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment and process automatically every month from the date of purchase. If you wish to pause your membership, you may do so one time per year with 10 day notice prior to monthly payment. If you wish to cancel, please notify NGM Active in writing (contact@ngmactive.com) requesting your cancellation.
